Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are usually not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Time

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the shipping provider.

Digital products are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly.

Due to the nature of digital products, delivery is typically instant, but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
